Soteria Mobile’s Suite of applications for smartphones is designed to provide Bold Technologies central stations a reliable and cost-effective solution for additional RMR to augment their existing monitoring options and to provide new market opportunities.  The Soteria Mobile Suite is provided at no charge to the central station.  The application is billed on a monthly basis based upon the number of active users.  Ten licenses are provided at no cost to the central station for testing and internal use.  These licenses are valid for the entire duration that the central station markets the application suite.

The suite of applications is designed to work with and interface Bold Technologies Media Gateway II and Bold Trac applications.  No other hardware or services are required.  These applications work directly from the customer’s smartphone to your Bold Central station equipment via the Internet or SMS text messaging.  No other intermediate equipment or services are required.  This increases reliability and minimizes costs.  The central station at no time is dependent upon third-party services.  As long as the customer has cellular service, the applications are able to send information to the central station.

Soteria Mobile has not “branded” the applications installed on the user’s device other than under “installed application.”  Soteria Mobile has developed this software for the central station and will not market to the end users.  Our website is set up to provide referrals for central stations/dealer, and provide a single source of information for end users.  The Soteria Mobile Suite, when installed using each central station activation codes, provides telephone numbers for the central station; not Soteria Mobile.

The Soteria Mobile Suite works with the Android and Apple iOS operating systems.  These two operating systems account for the majority of smartphones (e.g., >90%).  The Suite can be provided for other operating systems (e.g., Blackberry and Windows) if the need exists. Soteria Mobile has designed its suite for the central station as a mean to compete in what is slowly emerging as a dynamic new market.  Almost 50% of all cellular telephones are smartphone with the market share growing daily.  Experts predict with the next several years the vast majority of cell phone users will have smartphones.
